From dust we came and to dust we will return. The image in the background was taken 6 months after Hurricane Katrina destroyed New Orleans. It was unbelievable to see what people left behind in their unexpected departures. When the news came to evacuate, some thought they'd pick up right where they left off upon their return in a few days. Others thought only of getting out alive. Eyeglasses, money clips and checkbooks were left behind. Keys were left in the doors. Cars. Clothes. Heirlooms. Family Albums. All Forgotten. None of it mattered, because the only thing that lasts an eternity is our soul, and that is the truth that is so often veiled from our eyes as we go about the daily business of our lives.

We believe in the bible 100%. We believe that Jesus came and He died on the cross for our sins, and on that third day He rose again, victorious. We believe He cares about each and every one of us, and where we will spend our eternity. We believe that He can set the captive free!
